CONDOLENCES: Joyce Coulter, wife of Bill Coulter, died August 17th, 2010,in a MA hospital. The Coulters were former residents of King's Gate Club, and Bill was a former president of KGC. His address is: 600 Brooks Pond Road, Apt 207, Leominster, MA 01453. Telephone: 978-227-5156.
The Clubhouse will be closed August 30th through September 5th and the Activities Room will be closed September 3rd - 5th for stripping and waxing the floors. Please plan your activities accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: Because the Clubhouse and the Activities Room will be closed, there will be no Round Table Meeting, and no Newsletter, on September 4, 2010.
LABOR DAY: Plans for a Pirate Treasure Hunt and Feast on Labor Day have changed because of the street rejuvenation schedule. Tom Hicks announced last Saturday that this event will be postponed until Saturday, October 2nd, providing the streets are finished and completely cured by that time.
BLOODMOBILE will visit on Friday, September 3. Because of the rejuvenation treatment of the streets, the bloodmobile bus will be located in the cul-de-sac outside the front gate. Anyone who wishes to give blood and cannot get from their house to the gate, please call the office for assistance.

November 25, 2010 - THANKSGIVING SPECIAL, in the Off Broadway Palm Theatre. THE ANDREW'S BROTHERS. PRICE $60.00. The bus will load at 4:00 pm for this evening show.
It's l943 in the South Pacific, and the Andrew's sisters are scheduled to headline the big USO show. But when a flu outbreak quarantines the girls, mistaken identities and madcap comedy takes over. You will hear "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy", "Slow Boat to China" and "Don't Sit Under The Apple tree".
February 27th, 2011 - Matinee show, FLAMINGO COURT. This show will be in the Off Broadway, Palm Theatre. Price $55.00. Flamingo Court is a "slice of life" that follows the inquisitive and endearing residents of a South Florida, condominium complex called Flamingo Court. Each condo reveals a cast of characters and some funny and touching life lessons; "Sex Lives After 60", "Where There's a Will, There's a Relative" and more. Flamingo Court is a humorous and poignant look at condominium living, zany neighbors and retirement in Florida.
March 6, 2011 - The Unsinkable Molly Brown - Matinee show. $65.00. Bus will leave at l0 AM.
A musical comedy based on the rags-to-riches story of Molly Tobin. Born into poverty, she married into wealth and tried in vain to be accepted into Denver's society circles. In l912, she was ship- wrecked in the Titanic disaster and through sheer determination, took over the lifeboat and kept the men rowing until they were rescued. Songs include: "I Ain't Down Yet" and "Belly Up to the Bar, Boys".
April l0, 2011 - Church Basement Ladies, matinee show, Off Broadway Palm. $55.00. The Church Basement Ladies are back. It's l969, the world is a changing, and the ladies of the church prepare for changes of their own below the "House of God". While the world is dealing with Vietnam, the church basement ladies are coming to terms with pantsuits and guitars in church! You'll laugh until your sides hurt.
Note: All shows at Broadway Palm Theatre include round-trip motor coach, bus drivers tip and full course buffet meal, including dessert, coffee, tea or iced tea, all gratuities (except for alcohol).
