THANK YOU:   Thank you all so much for the prayers, food, good wishes and kindness while I have been ill.   When you are on the receiving end, these things mean a lot.   King's Gate Club is a wonderful place to live.   And, I am happy to say, I'm feeling better each day.   Thank you again.      --Fred Bethke

ORCHIDS:   To Art Grams for his presentation of the Personal Protection Program last Saturday morning.   This seminar was both interesting and informative.   Gives us something to think about, regarding our personal safety.   Thanks Art!

RENTERS:   Welcome to the following renters:
Frank and Norma Agnew, 222 Princess Ave., here until April 30, from Port Perry, Ont.
Donald Jackson and Mary Ann Waage, 239 Ave. of Barons, here until April 30, from Poinciana, FL.
We hope you enjoy your stay with us at KGC!

THOUGHTS:   It was a real thrill to see "our" dog, Princess, when she visited our Saturday meeting recently.   Of course, I'm a little prejudiced since I live on Princess Ave.   But it made me think of the good work Nip and Jackie Barker are doing for the Guide Dogs.   They collect money for this cause (and our residents are generous), and they also spend time up at S.E. Guide Dogs.   And as each of these dogs finish training, they go to help make a blind person's life better.   So, thanks to the Barkers and to all of you who donate to this cause.       --SJB
