NOTICE:   Sarasota County is considering putting the new jail/prison on Knights Trail at Rustic Road.   This location is very near I-75 and King's Gate Club.   There will be a public hearing on this matter at 9:30 AM, on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at the Sandra Sims Terry Community Center at 509 Collins Road.   For directions, call the office.      --Charles Clotfelter

HEALTHLINE:   We have heard from Judy Riggs that her husband, Gene, is scheduled to undergo surgery on July 20th, to remove a recurrent brain tumor, at UPMC in Pittsburg.   Prayers will be very much appreciated.   Gene and Judy are long-time KGC renters.   Their Ohio address is in the KGC Directory.
