COMING EVENTS:
Thursday, April 24 - Solos Dinner at Oyster Bar

CONDOLENCES:   Our deepest sympathy to Bill Markoff on the death of his wife, Betty, and to their four sons and daughter who were all here for Betty's Memorial Service on Monday.  Bill and Betty have been residents of King's Gate Club for about twenty years.   As well as being a caring wife, mother, and friend, Betty was a fun-loving person who enjoyed cards, ceramics, bowling, and traveling.   She will be missed by family and friends.

A SPECIAL THANK YOU to Sandy McFarland for organizing the New York - New Jersey Theater Party on April 16th.  A group of 38 from King's Gate attended the play "The Taffetas, a musical journey through the fabulous fifties."   We all enjoyed singing along with the wonderful cast.  A great time was had by all who attended the play held at the Venice Little Theater.                         --- Jean Ickes
